XPF was built to make expert coaching and purposeful training accessible to the Fells Point community. This is the story of the people, philosophy, and support behind XPF Studio.
XPF stands for Extreme Personal Fitness—but personal does not mean training alone. It means meeting each person where they are, understanding how they move, and guiding them toward lasting strength, confidence, and performance. Through expert coaching, purposeful progression, and a supportive community, XPF helps you train smarter, move better, and live stronger.

NARRATOR:
And leaving just a little lighter than when she came in.
